Artisan Gelato Shop
Everyday, we at HAPPIS Gelateria proudly craft high-quality gelato, exclusively prepared with all natural and gourmet ingredients, locally in our kitchen at Ensjø.
​​Our artisan gelato is handmade locally in our kitchen at Ensjø. We also make our own brownies, cookies, juices, crumble, and even our own delicious caramel and krokan.
Freshly Produced
To ensure an authentistic taste of gelato HAPPIS uses a lot of delicous ingredients.​We believe, that a high level of hygiene is as essential as high quality ingredients.
This is why we always bring the fruits and berries to a quick boil to kill possible pathogenic microorganisms. The taste is also more clear and characteristic, when the fruits are heated up.​
We do not use any preservatives or artificial colours and flavours. We do not want to say, that we do not use any "helping agents" - because we do use natural ingredients, if it is necessary. This is, among other reasons, to make sure that the ice cream is creamy and delicious.​
A large part of our ingredients are organic, but we do not compromise on flavour or quality to appear 100% organic.

Our ice cream mobile cart is a full-service package where we’ll bring everything we need to serve Happis Gelato at your next event (including staff).

We require a minimum of 10 business days notice for Mobile Cart Rental requests and cannot guarantee availability or fulfillment for any requests made outside of this timeframe.
HAPPIS Events
Come and spend a pleasant social evening at HAPPIS in the company of other people who enjoy knitting, crotch, chess or just being together over a chat and gelato. Aranges once in a month. Everybody is welcome!
